Getting Started Together
Our journey begins with a no-obligation 15-minute consultation, where we can get to know each other and ensure we're a good fit. During this initial conversation, you'll have the chance to share your needs, goals, and hopes for therapy.
-
Your Unique Path
I believe in a tailored approach to therapy because I recognise that each person's journey is unique. With my background in coaching, counselling, and psychotherapy, I adapt my methods to suit your individual needs and preferences.
-
Specialised Support for Neurodiversity
Navigating neurodiversity can present unique challenges. I offer specialised support informed by personal experience and ongoing research.

Flexible Options for Sessions
I understand that life can be busy, which is why I offer flexible session options. Whether you prefer in-person meetings at one of my two convenient locations, walk and talk sessions in nature, or online therapy, I'm here to accommodate your needs.
-
Our First Session and Setting Goals
Our first session is an opportunity for us to explore your current situation, past experiences, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. Together, we'll set achievable goals, typically for six to ten sessions initially, but we can extend this as needed to support your journey.
-
My Personal Consultancy Approach
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, where we can focus on understanding your past, addressing current challenges, and planning for the future. Throughout our sessions, we'll work together to find solutions that resonate with you, whether it's in your work, relationships, studies, or family life.
I offer a free initial consultation of 15-20 minutes.
I have availability to see clients in my lovely consulting rooms in:
West Hampstead (NW6)
Hampstead Heath/Highgate Borders (NW5)
Walk and talk sessions in Hampstead Heath and other local parks
Sessions are £75 for 50 minutes.
Do get in touch if you are a student or on a lower income as depending on availability I may be able to offer a concessionary rate.
